Iridescent Glass Fusing
The Glass Hub Stowford Manor farm, WingfieldCreate stunning effects in fused glass using bullseye iridescent sheets. We will use sandblasting and other techniques to manipulate the iridescent surface, gaining experience in creating new effects, as well as looking at clear coating, firing and lots more. A chance to develop new ideas and techniques in kiln forming.
Reactive Glass Fusing
The Glass Hub Stowford Manor farm, WingfieldCombine Bullseye sheet glass, powder, frit or metal foils to create reactions when fusing, resulting in special colours and effects. We will experiment with the use of lead, copper and sulphur bearing glasses, as well as red reactive, in sheet glass, stringer and frit form, to create amazing reactive combinations.
